Delete your Yakha / Homestead account data

Yakha is developed by LifeSync (MNi — Mlandeli Notemba). This page deletes your cloud data for the Homestead apps — Yakha, eKhaya, Zithuthe, PigeeBack, FamilyValue, Flamea and Marketplace records stored under your account. It does not delete your shared LifeSync sign-in or identity.

For your privacy, the response is identical whether or not an account exists for that address. A verification email is sent only when an account exists.

Scope and retained records

This request covers the Homestead app cluster (Yakha, eKhaya, Zithuthe, PigeeBack, FamilyValue, Flamea, Marketplace). Records shared with other people — households, dual-party transactions, joint records — are preserved; only your membership and separable contributions are removed or de-identified. Minimal audit and deletion-receipt records are retained as proof of the request under the disclosed system exceptions.
